Shipping Procedures
Your shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you proceed to the checkout.
We ask that you allow up to 21 days for your goods to be shipped it usually takes within 5-7 working days) - however due to stock availability certain items may have to be ordered from the manufacturer. Should exceptional circumstances cause a delay longer than this we will contact you to inform you of the problem and provide an estimated delivery time. All UK mainland orders are shipped first class recorded delivery at no extra charge.
Non UK mainland orders will usually be shipped by (International Signed For) - a recorded delivery airmail service. This is a fast and cost effective service that means we can supply to most of Europe well within an additional 7 days and usually just 7-10 additional days to the USA and much of the rest of the world!
If we are out of stock of a particular item but have a similar in stock we may ship the alternative item instead. This may be something simple like a small change in manufacturer or colour although if there is a significant difference we shall usually contact you first. Unfortunately we cannot always guarantee that gemstone colours will be identical to those described but will usually contact you prior to shipping if there is a significant difference. Any alternaive items offered or sent will be of the same value or a greater value than the original.
Returns Policy
IMPORTANT - We cannot accept returns for any jewellery that penitrates the flesh for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty. We also cannot accept returns for non-faulty items, even when agreed, unless they are returned undamaged, in their original packaging and with any labels still attached. Please ensure the correct item is ordered and notify us of any mistakes prior to shipping. In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 7 days of you receiving them. Use our Contact Us page with details of the fault and item you wish to return and include your order number. PLEASE NOTE - we DO NOT accept returns unless authorized first via e-mail.
Should you wish to exchange an item for something else, notify us via email first and you will also need to forward a copy of your original invoice and details of the item you wish to exchange. Once your item has been recieved and checked we will credit your paypal account with the price of the item minus £1 postage fee. We cannot offer an exchange service for non-UK mainland orders unless by prior agreement. Please note - as above contact us first before returning any goods. This will ensure that any exchanges are carried out in a prompt and efficient manner.
All items sent back to us MUST be sent via recorded delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any items sent using any other method of post. If sending back faulty goods we will refund any postage costs directly into your paypal account upon request.
All products (unless otherwise stated) are guaranteed for 28 days from purchase. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage or damage caused my misuse of an item.
